Refund Policy

At Kidz Play 4 Dayz, we strive to provide a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for all children and their families. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:

General Admission & Open Play

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for general admission or open play once payment is completed.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility closure due to weather, maintenance, or emergencies), customers will receive a credit or free pass for a future visit.

Birthday Parties & Private Events

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party or event slot.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date may transfer their deposit to another available date within 60 days.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

Memberships & Multi-Visit Passes

Memberships and prepaid passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If a medical or family emergency prevents use of a membership, please contact us. We may, at our discretion, pause or extend your membership with valid documentation.

Classes, Camps, and Special Programs

Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to the start of the program.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date will be refunded at 50% of the paid amount.
No refunds or credits will be issued once the program has started.

Weather or Emergency Closures

If the facility closes due to inclement weather or an emergency, affected guests will receive a credit or opportunity to reschedule.

How to Request a Refund or Credit

Please email kidzplay4dayz@gmail.com or call 215-608-9492 with your name, order details, and reason for the request. All refund or credit decisions are at the discretion of management and may take up to 7 business days to process.
