Refund Policy

At Kidz Play 4 Dayz, we strive to provide a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for all children and their families. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:

General Admission & Open Play

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for general admission or open play once payment is completed.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility closure due to weather, maintenance, or emergencies), customers will receive a credit or free pass for a future visit.

Birthday Parties & Private Events

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party or event slot.

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date may transfer their deposit to another available date within 60 days.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

Memberships & Multi-Visit Passes

  • Memberships and prepaid passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • If a medical or family emergency prevents use of a membership, please contact us. We may, at our discretion, pause or extend your membership with valid documentation.

Classes, Camps, and Special Programs

  • Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to the start of the program.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date will be refunded at 50% of the paid amount.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued once the program has started.​

Weather or Emergency Closures

If the facility closes due to inclement weather or an emergency, affected guests will receive a credit or opportunity to reschedule.

How to Request a Refund or Credit

Please email kidzplay4dayz@gmail.com or call 215-608-9492 with your name, order details, and reason for the request. All refund or credit decisions are at the discretion of management and may take up to 7 business days to process.
