Our Mission

At Kidz Play 4 Dayz, our mission is to provide a safe, clean, and imaginative indoor play space where children can explore, socialize, and grow through physical activity and creativity. We aim to support families by offering a welcoming, respectful environment that promotes joy and community.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our facility, booking services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

Our services are intended for lawful, personal, and non-commercial use by parents, guardians, and their children. You agree to use the facility and any related services responsibly, safely, and in accordance with posted rules, staff instructions, and applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse access or service to anyone for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these terms.

3. Supervision Requirement

Children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times unless enrolled in a designated drop-off program. Kidz Play 4 Dayz is not responsible for unsupervised children unless explicitly stated.

4. Safety Rules and Conduct

Guests agree to follow all posted rules and directions from staff. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

Roughhousing, pushing, or aggressive behavior
Eating or drinking in play areas
Entering while sick or contagious
Disregarding staff instructions

Violation of safety policies may result in removal without refund.

5. Waivers and Assumption of Risk

All participants must sign a waiver prior to using the facility. By signing, you acknowledge and assume the risks associated with active indoor play and release Kidz Play 4 Dayz, its staff, and affiliates from liability for any injury, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments must be made at time of booking or entry
Deposits for parties or events are non-refundable
Refunds or credits are not issued for early departures or no-shows
Any exceptions are at management’s sole discretion

7. Birthday Parties & Group Bookings

Reservations must be confirmed with a signed agreement. Final payment and headcount are due by the date stated in your confirmation. Changes may result in additional charges or loss of booking privileges.

8. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings with you and secure valuables.

9. Photography and Media

By entering our facility, you consent to being photographed or recorded for safety and training purposes. Promotional use will only occur with your written consent. Notify staff if you do not wish to be included in any photos or videos.

10. Use of Cookies and Website

Our website uses cookies to enhance your experience and provide basic functionality such as bookings and account login. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect certain features of the site.

11. User Content

If you submit content through our website or social media (e.g., reviews, testimonials, photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, or share that content for informational or promotional purposes.

You must own or have the legal right to share any content you provide and agree not to upload anything defamatory, illegal, or harmful.

12. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, website content, and facility branding are the property of Kidz Play 4 Dayz and may not be copied, modified, or used without written permission.

13. Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any activity, product, or service. Participation in physical activities carries inherent risks, which you accept by using our services.

14. Limited Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kidz Play 4 Dayz is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our facility, website, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for admission or services during the incident in question.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kidz Play 4 Dayz, its staff, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the facility or website
Your violation of these Terms
Any injury or incident involving your child or guests under your care

16. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our facility or services at any time for violations of these Terms or behavior that endangers the safety or comfort of others.

17. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any signed waivers or agreements, represent the entire agreement between you and Kidz Play 4 Dayz. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Philadelphia, PA.
